I think that if you're under 10 years old and are googling the NSA on the Web, you're exactly who they want to reach.
A few weeks later, while you're trying to dig a whole to China in your backyard, one of their underground agents will contact you.
I can't even imagine what I would be like if I had the internet as a kid.
