$1 million for a Woodstock museum?

I'm really not that into hippies but Woodstock was, um, part of our cultural heritage, no? So if people are going to accuse my Senator of "pork barrel" spending by getting $1 million for a Woodstock museum then I want to know how much we spend every year creating and maintaining memorials to the military. Of course, I don't object to spending on military memorials either. Preserving our cultural heritage is kind of a good thing for the government to do.
