Dumb Question on Fox
Guest hosting on the O'Reilly Factor, Tony Snow just asked the head of Planned Parenthood if the founding fathers would have believed that the constitution protected a the right to choose.
Um... the founding fathers...
Geez...
Weren't they mostly slave owners?
Seriously, the founders' opinion on issues like this this next to worthless, not because they weren't visionaries but because they lived in an entirely different world. The founding fathers would also be apalled by speed limits on interstates.

I'm appalled by speed limits on freeways! At least when they are applied to me.
Forget a woman's right to choose, the Founding Fathers not only would have opposed but in fact did oppose a woman's right to vote.
And, for that matter, most of them would have worked really hard to find a way to prevent Bill O''Reilly (Irish) from voting. Some colonized peoples deserved representation more than others, you see.
